my next big goal is only 2lbs and 3oz's away that is to drop below 20st! as it stands now i'm looking at getting to that this week weigh in on thursday.
i'm on a bit of a monumental weightloss at the moment i'm down over 40lbs in just a shade under 9 weeks and its still dropping off. yes it is a little fast i admit. but what is more unhealthy losing weight to fast or being 23st?
and on a more positive note not that i actually believe anything that comes out of it my BMI is down over 5 points.
another 8lbs and i'm halfway yay
