Although I have to admit I havent over the past 5 days since I started on my HE (Healthy Eating) plan, but I would like to. Im thinking maybe I should do it on my brand spanking new blog
I keep a food diary online. Helps me keep track of how many calories I am eating each day. Also works out how many calories I burn for different types of exercise.
Ive kinda started one now on my blog. Although that will more than likely turn into a place I just ramble on for hours onto. I have a little notebook that Im going to record all that passes my lips into too
