HI, Newbie here

  • Hi thought i would just introduce myself.

    My name is Nicole and i started my diet a month ago, so far i have lost 7lbs and am so motivated to lose more.
    My tip for losing weight and carrying on is that i have a little chart at home and everytime i lose 7lbs i get a treat, so far it is a Yankee candle. My 1 stone treat is knee high boots, and as i have no shoes for the cold weather this is making me work harder towards that goal
    I am struggling with the munchies at the moment but will just be munching on fruit and veg during the day to help.
