Default Downfall

My only downfall seems to be my other half....
Monday i did fine, three small meals during the day....
and hour of exercise and only drank water....

yesterday the day was fine....
had breakfast, dinner and tea....
dressed to do me running, n the bf comes in and says ur not running you dont need to....
later we went to the shops and i got some fruit and grain....
n he wanted ice cream so i bought it for him(!)....

it so difficult to stay on track when things like this happen....
i see him twice a week....
so i figure 5 days with an hour of exercise should be enough (? would it)....

grrrrrr, blokes....
i wana be a size 12 by xmas!....

Mine isn't happy about me dieting. He loves me the way I am or was. But he is willing to help. When we shop he checks calories on items before purchasing them. He buys himself treats and buys me low cal treats. Mind you he can't get over the fact that I no longer enjoy chocolate. At weekends we plan our day so that I can still fit my exercise in.

Hi

My hubby knows full well that I'm on a diet but sometimes I have to remind him, like when he goes to the shop and brings me back a bar of chocolate and says It’s only a little bar, won't hurt you to eat it, or he goes to the chippy and I say I don't want anything, but he brings back fish and chips for me anyway incase I fancy something when I smell his.

I love him to bits but sometimes he drives me bonkers

At least at work I have a bit more support, I work in IT and with mostly guys who love nothing more than pizza hut/chippys/burger vans and Chinese buffets.

Its taken time but now the guys are trained NOT to ask me if I want anything to eat and they have even started eating these foods in the office kitchen, not at their desks where I can see and smell it. Now that’s support

Even when I come to work straight from the gym I have a cuppa tea (with sweetners) waiting for me.
