Default UK Weight Watchers anyone?

Hello all,

I have seen that there is a ww section on the main board but just thought it might be nice for Weight Watchers from the UK to have a place to chat and offer support.
Anyone up for it?
(sorry if there is already a thread for this, I did look but didn't find one)

Sarahgrace - wow, your ticker now says 53 lb lost!!! Is that right?
I am glad you are back on the waggon anyway. I know what you mean about being hungry though, I am thinking it is down to the change in weather!
(I will blame anything )
Good luck for the week ahead!

53 is right! lost the first 20 or so at SW till got completely fed up with that. Maybe it is the change in weather, thats my story anyway!!. I will be buying low fat custard pots next week instead of skinny cow icecreams.

Sarahgarce - That is just fantastic! 53lb
I know what you mean about SW. I went there a few years back and lost 3st but got so fed up and thought i could maintain on my own but I was wrong. I did go back to SW but just couldn't stick it. WW seems to be working much better for me. Roll on the time my ticker says 53lb!

I lost 3 stone at sw and stopped going as well. Then ended back at it last year a stone heavier than the first time I joined. I think they are both good plans if you stick to them... that's the problem bit.

indeed, however I can almost get into size 12 trousers which is an incentive as I never thought I'd see the day. I can get them over my bum now just can't do them up yet!!
