Well I joined a bit ago but so far I've only lost 3lbs... and I suspect (having not dared to weigh myself this week!) that I've put that back on over the past week or so. Lots of stuffs been happening and I can never deal with dieting at the same time as sorting out other stuff (poor excuse I know but it's true)
So... A fresh start for me today! I've dragged the weight watchers books out and put up a "fat pic" and an old picture of the "slimmer" me in the kitchen so hopefully with a bit of support I'll be able to stick to it this time
