are they a total waste of money?

I've used it, and in my experience....anything that says "helps you to lose with a sensible diet and exercise plan" is basically just telling you that its useless. You'll get the same results probably with or without adios. And those commercials are annoying. Brits cant say it properly

adios, the spanish word for goodbye - Ah-dee-ohs, but I laugh everytime I see the commercial girl pronouncing it add-dee-ohz with a trying to hard spanish accent.

I'd just stick to sheer diet and exercise with maybe some fibre supplements or a really good daily vitamin. Me? I miss my sesame street vitamins

My hubbys aunt used them and didn't work for her.

I bought some, but find I cant use them as they make me feel very sick, anybody else found that?
