If I have got it right, it's something to do with GMTV - I believe they introduced the participants this week and will be showing them on Inch Loss Island from next week.

I don't always get chance to see it, you know what its like that time in a morning :-(

I saw a couple of the slimmers involved this week. One was a young girl of 19 who had a lot of weight to lose. The other was a guy, I think from Weston S Mare who was 52 I think, but didn't look it. I think they went into more detail with them after 9.00am - no chance there with me, I'm at work then.

They actually go to the Island on Monday. I'm hoping someone will fill me in on the bits I miss. I caught some bits from last years progs. I did get some inspiration from them - more than I've got from Fat Club!!

Saw the bits about tips to your mobile 'phone - I think that's a swizz... some backhanders going on there I think!!

I posted here yesterday ... and its gone!!

I couldn't believe that these people were made to wear swimsuits to weigh in yesterday.. trying to compete with Fat Club. I'm sure that didn't happen last year.

And this morning, well, walking on hot coals... that's not for me, I can understand what they are saying but.... so far the prog is not as goot as last year, I don't think. Last year I got some motivation from it, this year so far? None

What do you all think.... does it continue after 8.45ish?, I'm not there then

What does that do, burn the soles of your feet so you can't walk into the kitchen and eat

Seems a bit drastic to me. Again why the swimsuits??
