  • If there were an organic, dairy-free, GMO-free, gelatin-free, carmine-free (carmine is crushed bugs for those who wonder ) and artificial sweetener-free kind, I would gladly eat it.

That said, it would be more economical (and healthier) to just add a probiotic to your diet and eat a natural and organic yogurt.

    Ingredient list:

    Dannon Activia
Cultured grade A reduced fat milk, strawberry, fructose syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, contains less than 1% of fructose, whey protein contentrate, kosher gelatin, natural flavor, carmine (for color), sodium citrate, malic acid.

    Dannon Activia "Light"
Cultured grade A non fat milk, strawberries, inulin, water, contains less than 1% of fructose, corn starch, modified corn starch, natural flavor, kosher gelatin, carmine (for color), sodium citrate, malic acid, sucralose.
  • Ummm... Soul Bliss....

    BUGS??? BUGS?????

No wonder I like to get my yoghurt from Whole Foods...

Too bad they make it seem it's really different from all the other yogurt out there when really it's not any better...
  • They are available in the US. I bought some on sale, and they were okay. I prefer to buy plain, nothing added, yogurt and add my own fruit. We buy it in a large 2 quart tub so I occasionally get the individual containers for convenience. The Activia was good, better than the store brand, about equal to any of the other name brands.
  • The Activia doesn't taste half bad, and I'm pretty sure it works. See, I'm not actually "irregular" - I just want to lose more weight. I heard that Activia would help me with that, so I bought some. Today, I've... umm... well... let's just say it works TOO well.
