Default Spring Challenge - End of Week FOUR Weigh In Thread

Hello Ladies

Sorry not to post this yesterday - I got confused by the bank holiday.

How's your Challenge coming along?? I was doing fine until this last week and then a combination of LOTS of exercise plus LOTS of extra hours at work caused me to lose my way a bit. Never mind.... fresh start today.

Only 20 days until the end of this Challenge - are we all gonna fit in to those skimpy summer clothes???

hope everyone had a good bank holiday. mine was rather a washout (in more ways than one). were we went was shut, we ended up elsewhere and it was heaving. and of course there was the lousy weather. so i spent too much money for nothing really.
i`m now down to 164.2 - down 3 or 4 lbs. not sure how but i did spend about 12 hours on the loo peeing (not continously!) so i was probably carrying a bit of water.
i bought a few new clothes this week as i was down to virtually nothing. managed to fit into a size 14 skirt in new look mad

Hi everyone!

Well, I kind of stayed the same most of the week as it was coming up to my period. I didn't retain a lot of water however, which was good . Now it's dropped right down so about 1 1/2 lbs lost this week I would say.

Better this week
1 lb down which takes me back to where I was 2 weeks ago, but at least I'm heading in the right direction now.

I was down 1.8lbs this week, and TOM still hasn't turned up. I did manage to fit into a pair of cutoffs I haven't been able to wear since last summer though, despite feeling bloated. Also got below the 90kg mark. Hopefully I'll be down to 13st something at next weigh-in.

I've had a rough couple of weeks. I've been having some problems wiht my boyfriend which first meant a bit of bad eating and then for most of last week I hardly ate at all. I know this is really bad for me, but even now, when I think about eating I feel nauseous. It's going to take it's toll and I'm starting to eat properly again and expect to see a bit of gain, but my gym ball arrived in the post today so I hope to counteract it by getting in some real exercise (while trying to do all my final year of uni coursework) to boost my metabolism again. I weigh in on fridays so I'll know what the damage is in a few days! Good Luck to everyone!!

I don't know what I've lost this week exactly but I know I'm down and the total since I started is 5 pounds gone!

My goal for this challege is 10 pounds and I feel very confident that I'll make it. In fact, I may even overreach and go for a stone, lol. I just feel really motivated so I want to say thanks to all of you for the support and encouragement.

I'm power walking for about an hour in the mornings Mon-Fri and will bust out the free weights tomorrow as I plan to add them in on Mon-Wed-Fri mornings before cardio work-out.

Sarah Anne, not to worry. I spent all day yesterday thinking it was Sunday!

Lost 3 this week I'm half a pound off my challenge target. Most lost by illness through.

I'm the same weight I was last week. This is a good thing because it means I didn't do my normal "gain five pounds over the course of a bank holiday weekend" trick.

Ok, so I weighed in at 183.6lbs this morning, which means I've lose 0.4lb this week, which is good considering I just started eating again and it hasn't exactly been healthful! Hopefully I'll be down by 2lb by this time next week.
