Yeah that about sums it up.
  • Well done all you losers!

I think I may have scuppered myself for Monday but am thinking positive thoughts!
  • Well, friday is my official weigh in day, I weighed in at 185 today so I've lost 1.2 since monday, only 11 more to go for the challenge!

And well done to everyone else!
  • CG - I too have learnt a new word today

Quote: Bollocks new English word meaning............

I'm doing a Sarah and not weighing myself until the end of May on the "scale is ruling my life" principle. It's not strictly true because I will be weighing only I'm doing it in kilos which I don't understand and can't be bothered to convert. I currently weigh 67.5 down from holiday bloat of 68.9. No idea what that means (please don't tell me) but it's down so that's all that matters.
  • Oh dear am I in trouble?

  • O dear I can feel the weekend cravings coming on speacially tomorrow when I curl up on the settee and watch grease and joseph and want my chocolate and biscuits, this weekend is really going to be so hard for me,i so want to do it and survive my first weekend chocolate free, also children at home eating at weekends,in the week when they are at school its fine the temtations are not there but its certainly starting to show ready for the weekend.
  • I've had a good week this week, and lost 2lbs! I only had two nights away from home so dieting was a lot easier, plus my hotel was right next to a Tesco so I could fill up on salads and things rather than going to the pub for a meal!
  • Quote: Oh dear am I in trouble?

Yes you are - I think it was disgraceful. You'd never catch me using that word. At least not more than 20 times a day

Ooh Bits well done. Losing away from home is really hard. In your case though I do suppose it means that you didn't have to cook......
  • Interesting that the nanny filter thing doesn't pick up that word, especially when it always changes the word for female dog to a bunch of asterisks.

Sadly that B word can be a bit of a favourite of mine sometimes as well ....
  • This week's weigh in thread is -> HERE <-
  • That particular B word is one of my faves I'm afraid which does mean I tend to overuse it. However, every American I have ever met asks me what it means and so I reckon it's just not a word they think to filter maybe.
