My gym instructor said I must limit myself to no more than 2 pieces of wholemeal per day as it is likely that is where a lot of my excess calories are coming from. Yes, I was extremely addicted too!
I have managed to control the bread intake now that I exercise regulary, I couldn't have done it otherwise. |
I dont know if I can live without cheese on toast :(
I'm pretty sure that's my all time uber weakness. |

I rarely buy bread, but I do eat one tortilla every morning with 3 egg whites and sometimes a slice of low fat cheese (breakfast burrito). Sometimes I take a turkey wrap to school instead of a sandwich. Just a thought...

I do like it but not sure if it likes me! I do sometimes get stomach crampting afterwards but not all the time. However toast is a comfort food. I don't get it that often. However I have occasional cravings for French sticks or the Eastern European (Polish/Ukranian/whatever) Rye bread with caraway seeds in it and I do like a bit of pitta with houmous!
