no there no time limit. just whoever loses the 10lb 1st wins.then we go on to round 2.we set it out like this;

thank you! yeah 5 more lbs to go then ive reached the 10lb challenge and also ivwe done 2stone! which ive never done before in my life! so ill be one very happy bunny lol!

Hi girls sorry not been on for a bit, been busy househunting and my mum has been in hospital, think she has developed angina so not been a happy bunny :( I have not lost any more weight been on a slippery slope but back on track now so maybe will lose next week :D

Slowly but surely - lost another pound!

It's been coming off gradually all week so I'm half expecting another couple of pounds to come off by the end of the week (water retention, etc, blah blah!)

Yeah I had a reaaaaaaaally bad weekend too!

Two weeks is possible to lose another 7 pounds but I've probably gained and darent check :(

lol I'm not even weighing myself cos I've had such a bad week and a half... starting again as of this week (where've I heard that before! Oh, I say it a lot, haha). Can't anticipate losing *that* much when I have so much uni work to do and not enough time to exercise much, but at least if I'm extra good with my food it should get me back on track :)

i'm a bit confused! despite my best efforts and normally losing quite a lot of weight in the first week of a diet, i have gained a pound this week!
ok so i only exercised once due to not being able to move for 5 days afterwards (!) and i ate a little bit of left over easter choc, but how can i have gained weight???? weird!:dizzy: :?: :tantrum:
oh well, back to the drawing board! :lifter: :exercise:

hi fee (is that your real name? did you know it means fairy in german?!)
i'm not doing a "plan" as such, i can't be bothered with anything organised like that. basically, i am eating:

breakfast: cereal or toast, OJ, a yogurt and a piece of fruit
lunch: veg (raw or cooked), with pulses or cheese, rice or similar and a piece of fruit (unless at work when eat hot at canteen, i am a teacher)
dinner: as lunch

exercise: original target to do dvd every day, fell flat as only just got over last time i did it! so only one time in week one, going for twice in week two and so on. perhaps am not doing enough aerobic...? hmm.

anyway, usually when i do a diet, i lose nearly half a stone in the first week, certainly not gaining weight!
