Well I put on a pound on Thursday, so my aim this week is to lose that again and a bit more, starting swimming this week but not in time for my weigh in though

lol I'm not even weighing myself cos I've had such a bad week and a half... starting again as of this week (where've I heard that before! Oh, I say it a lot, haha). Can't anticipate losing *that* much when I have so much uni work to do and not enough time to exercise much, but at least if I'm extra good with my food it should get me back on track :)

i'm a bit confused! despite my best efforts and normally losing quite a lot of weight in the first week of a diet, i have gained a pound this week!
ok so i only exercised once due to not being able to move for 5 days afterwards (!) and i ate a little bit of left over easter choc, but how can i have gained weight???? weird!:dizzy: :?: :tantrum: oh well, back to the drawing board! :lifter: :exercise: |

i'm not doing a "plan" as such, i can't be bothered with anything organised like that. basically, i am eating: breakfast: cereal or toast, OJ, a yogurt and a piece of fruit lunch: veg (raw or cooked), with pulses or cheese, rice or similar and a piece of fruit (unless at work when eat hot at canteen, i am a teacher) dinner: as lunch exercise: original target to do dvd every day, fell flat as only just got over last time i did it! so only one time in week one, going for twice in week two and so on. perhaps am not doing enough aerobic...? hmm. anyway, usually when i do a diet, i lose nearly half a stone in the first week, certainly not gaining weight! |
My real name is Fiona but most people call me Fee. You're maybe not burning enough calories for what your eating?? So maybe should try and do more exercise this week and see how you get on.
