My new scales had me 4 pounds up over night. :o :lol: It was my birthday though so I have an excuse (as always). :p

Ahh the 'joy' of being able to weigh yourself daily. ;)

just had a moment of panic when my keyboard wouldnt work! had to reboot seems ok at the moment. i`m all the 8`s (well nearly) - 188.8 lbs:carrot: down into the next "decade" and nearly a third of the way to my goal. thats about 2 and a half - 3 down from last week, mad

I'm too scared to get on the scales until I've shifted some of this cream tea holiday weight. Next week.... I promise.... :) :)

I forgot to weigh :p however I was up a pound on Wednesday methinks :dunno: I'll have to check it out tomorrow morning. I was going to weigh today but I'd eaten my breakfast before I remembered! :o

Thanks all. :) I've eaten my last birthday cup cake now. :D

I ate solidly from Friday to Monday inclusive so wimped out of weighing in. If I make it through this weekend I'll try again on Monday. :o

I weighed in at exactly the same weight I did on 17th Feb and ever since. I really have to get with it more this week!
