I thought I had a good week, cycled to uni 3 times and ate well but I didn't lose a thing. Don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Actually, maybe there's something wrong with my scale, I reweighed a couple of hours later and I was down nearly 2lbs. I'll take that!

Up to 96.6kg. Serves me right I have been eating like a bad 'un-those 2 Cadbury's buttons easter eggs were definately not low fat/low calories!! Usually when I am 'on' I am off my food a bit but no......

I'm going to be brave tomorrow. I know that I weigh more than my ticker shows but I also know I've lost some of my holiday weight.
How come it takes so little effort to gain a stone but soooooooo long to lose it???? :cry: |
