  • Looking at that I suspect I'm eating more servings than I thought (and I thought I was getting a fair few in)
  • Are we allowed to count potatoes as part of the 5 a day??

    I discount them (and not just when they're crisps or chips!!)

    My lunchtime veggie hotpot was more than the picture!
  • I don't tend to count them, but I'm normally above 5 without them so I don't need to
  • Personally I don't count potatoes, but some government guidelines do.

    I count a potato as a carb.
  • There doesn't look to be much there - I definitely get my 5 a day looking at that
