Are we allowed to count potatoes as part of the 5 a day??
I discount them (and not just when they're crisps or chips!!) My lunchtime veggie hotpot was more than the picture! |
I don't tend to count them, but I'm normally above 5 without them so I don't need to :angel:

There doesn't look to be much there - I definitely get my 5 a day looking at that :)
