The ONE reason I'm staying on plan today!
Ok, so I stole this from the 100lb club, but I :love: the sentiment and I've started writing reasons in my workout diary. Sooooooooooo
Today's ONE reason that I am staying perfectly on plan today is: So that I can fit into those trousers that have been hanging on my wardrobe for a month!!! |

Okay.... The one reason I'm going to stay perfectly on plan today is.... I got my new work uniform today. The trousers fit okay :) but the blouse pulls across the back, gapes around the buttons and it chafes under the arms - so its going to be uncomfortable wearing it for 8 hours a day. AND I can't get get any more uniform for the next 12 months (unless I get a note from my doctor saying I'm :preg:) |
I'm staying on plan because despite my efforts not to, I succumbed to curiosity and (see ticker) am very nearly back to where I started at the beginning of the year.

Great idea!
My one reason is the winter coat I bought in January...I loved it but couldn't fasten it up and they didn't have it in any bigger sizes. Well now I can fasten it,but it looks too tight, and I want to be able to button it up *comfortably* no matter what I'm wearing underneath! :) (Also to fit into the two pairs of trousers I bought a few weeks ago as even more motivation!) :lol3: |
...... because if I don't it's a slippery slope back to eating crap and it's weigh-in day tomorrow! :fr:

because i finally got the guts to go swimming yesterday and did well, and im not gonna ruin that effort by giving into cravings for carbs.......or ill have more to burn off next time :-s

I am staying perfectly on plan today because I want to see those scales back at 12 stone 5lbs rather than the 12 stone 7/6.5 they were showing this morning :tantrum:

This is a great idea for a thread- it's like I start from scratch each morning and forget all my good intentions so....
My reason for staying on plan today is so I can have a nice, romantic valentines dinner with my husband without worrying about how I'll look later on when we have dessert! |
because there is a size 8 pair of jeans in my closet waiting for someone to wear them (and be able to breathe while doing so) :)

I'm staying POP today because I went a bit higher than planned yesterday. And I have NO EXCUSES since I can go home and go straight to bed tonight :)

I'm staying POP today because I want to go BOXING on Wednesday and look like Serena Williams (not really possible in 2 days, but it all helps!) and scare the little boys! :lol:

Because If I can hold it together diet-wise (didn't do such a fine job emotional wise) through a shift like I had yesterday ... I am sturdy. Sturdy peole don't fall off plan, right!

Because I went to Marks and Sparks at the weekend and bought http://www.marksandspencer.com/IWCat...uct_Id=2159307 <---THIS in black which I am going to wear with a little (SIZE 12 :eek: ) navy blue satiny pencil skirt. Plus also I ate a little bit too much yesterday and today I will be kinda making up for it, since I'm not 100% hungry :) |
The one reason I am staying on plan today is that I forgot how much I loved seeing that the scales were telling me I had lost weight.
(even if it was water weight *whistles innocently* ) :D |
The one reason I'm staying POP today is because I want to see some good ole definition coming in my muscles from this new weights plan. I'm working out hard enough, but if I eat doughnuts then I'll just look like a doughnut - all soft and white and squishy! Like him -> :dance:

I'm staying perfectly on plan today coz I'm going shopping for a new outfit after work for a work do on Thursday night and have nothing to wear....and I mean nothing to wear, all I have is work clothes and work-out clothes!

The reason i'm staying perfectly on plan today (ok, so tomorrow seeing as i'm about to go to bed) is that i honestly feel my summer is going to be indescribable and being a nice size 12 would help me enjoy it all the more! Plus, I need to make up for the extra 2 slices of cinnamon toast i ate today ;)

On plan today because I have my breakfast and lunch made and in work with me plus dinner already made and at home so there is no reason to go off plan.

Because I'm not working out probably until Friday (believe me it's killing me) but I need to get rid of this cold.

Yup, good things! I've had greek yoghurt with pecans and oats :drool: for my coffee break. Thinking about some wholewheat pitta before the gym.... :chin:

Oh how boring!
I'm going to have pitta with hummous before the gym. I had oatmeal for brekky and was starved about 2 hours later. I did have bananas and honey on the top, so that probably dropped my blood sugar nicely! Decided not to have the protein. :tantrum: |
