Default Febuary challenge
Hello,

I'm on a personal Febuary challenge. Feel free to join or add any comments and show some support . Today is the 4th of Febuary and i'm still hanging onto my new way of eating and living. I did actually start on Monday but I want to make Febuary cheat free!!

i'm setting myself a personal target this month to not discuss weight with anyone other than the people on this board.

Anyway Day 4 and still going strong. My apetite seems to be decreasing. i've been sticking to my meals and have found i can eat almost anything and still loose as long as i don't snack on anything apart from fruit and drink my 3 litres of water a day. Also sugar free gum is a life saver!!

By the end of this Febuary I want to be 11 stone something/anything i've never seen those numbers on the scale and would love it. If i made it behind the 11 on the scale even a tinybit i'll be estatic...watch this space because Febuary is going to be my month. Every one feel free to join me!!!

I lost exactly a stone in the month before Christmas - and have since put back on 7lbs of it! Am going to aim to lose that 7lbs again by the end of February. Do you think it's possible to maintain a weight loss of a stone a month for any extended period of time?

jeniper green- i really don't know you know i know that weight loss fluctuates from week to week to loose exactly a stone a month...i'm not sure...hopefully someone else can help..

Well stayed the same this week which is good. It's sooooo good when i step on the scale and can see 10 stone not to far from me. I've actually decided that i will have met goal when the dial on the scale moves behind the 11...what a feeling that will be!!!Can't wait!!

Next week hoping to blow myself away with a fabolous loss!!
