I'm on a personal Febuary challenge. Feel free to join or add any comments and show some support
. Today is the 4th of Febuary and i'm still hanging onto my new way of eating and living. I did actually start on Monday but I want to make Febuary cheat free!!
i'm setting myself a personal target this month to not discuss weight with anyone other than the people on this board.
Anyway Day 4 and still going strong. My apetite seems to be decreasing. i've been sticking to my meals and have found i can eat almost anything and still loose as long as i don't snack on anything apart from fruit and drink my 3 litres of water a day. Also sugar free gum is a life saver!!
By the end of this Febuary I want to be 11 stone something/anything i've never seen those numbers on the scale and would love it. If i made it behind the 11 on the scale even a tinybit i'll be estatic...watch this space because Febuary is going to be my month.
