my problem is my extra weight all all round the tummy area
im watching the calories now and going to my local gym but ....
i have SVT and i get very breathless and dizzy when i exercise
can any one tell me if it gets easier,? i feel down in the dumps
because after 10/ 15 mins i feel like im going to faint
which is why i havent exercised for years
