Ok so Im back from 3 weeks in australia and im proud to say i didnt put on a POUND!! I lost in fact!

it was great for the first time in my life i was able to wear a tankini... Ok i know its not a bikini but ive never been comfy in either and i LOOKED GOOD!

WOW Im looking forward to 2007 to take off the rest of the weight. ALl though Im not numbers wise down there ive started to tone and turn stuff into muscle my tummy looks great!

(again its no 6 pack)

I dropped 2 dress sizes for xmas which i was very pleased about and I need to update my Tickers on here but yeah Sorry I dont mean to brag i just am very very very very very Happy with myself.

I can look at myself in photos and see a difference

Glad to see you back, and well done!!! It is easy to eat well and healthy in Oz, and you do a lot of activity on holiday....walking, swimming etc (no being rude you lot )
