Default Saturday

Good morning I did get to sleep in a little later than usual. I am hoping for a good day. I did go in pool and swam laps for 20 minutes this morning even if it was a little cool. So even if I do nothing else this morning I at least did that.
I have at least an hour I have to spend on computer doing TOPS stuff and some other stuff.
It is amazing how much I use this computer. I never thought I would use it as much as I do. Wish I knew how to do more. I am saving up to get a new one.
Had to call dr. office as new water pill was not doing any better than old one. His nurse said take both. I have no problem doing that. I just worry I won't be able to tell if it is too much. I worry too much like most women.
Well I better go and get busy so I can get everything done today and tomorrow will be my do nothing day.
Hope you all have a good weekend.
I know Sherri is out looking for bargains at garage sales. I like that too but house is full of so much "junk" I picked up.
So enjoy doing something and relax and have a good weekend

Default GOOOOD Morning guys :)

Well it sure is pretty at my house
I am trying to get back on track after yesterday and I am trying to get a whole new outlook to do it with

Eleni- Great job on the laps this morning It is a good place to start and I know it will pay off for you, Now you be sure to get all that work done so you can rest tomorow, I have to do the same myself

Well guys wish I had more time to post to everyone but I have to go to work and earn that money LOL, Everyone have a super day and know I am rooting for each of you!!

Hey Eleni,


Well I did get some good buys today. That is great that you got right up and did those laps. That is motivation especially when the water is cold. You will do great. Enjoy your weekend and get some rest. That is something that the new meds aren't working. They were working before right? Also by taking both you won't know if something goes wrong which one caused it.

By the way I am sipping some hot chocolate out of the mug you gave me. I use it for that seeing that I don't like coffee. It is a great mug. Nice and big and it has a lot of great reminders on it. Thanks again. Keep up the motivation and you will do great.

The main part is that we are back on track today. So far all I have had is a hot dog on a slice of bread. I don't plan on eating much today on account of all the food I have had in the past 2 days. It isn't good. I have to clean my system out again. It feels so much better when I do. Then I don't feel so bloated either.

So I am doing okay. I feel much better then I did this morning. Just real tired. I think I am going to take a nap before the birthday party I have to go to at 4pm.

Smile This is toooo cool

Oh guys, I have found a way to cut more calories and not feel hungry!!!!

OK this may sound stupid BUT I went through the babyfood isle at the grocery store and looked at calories like in their cookies and microwave meal cups and cereal bars and such, I found out that their food is all low fat and very low in calories and healthier than ours LOL, I bought a few of the ravioli buckets and cereal bars which by the way only have 60 calories compared to our 120 and thought I would try one, so far the cereal bars are yummy and I will let you know how the micro cups turn out....this may be a way to eat a snack that is better for us and low calorie so we feel fuller, Now dont get me wrong I am not saying to make a meal out of them but snack wise this could be some helpful info, Well all the hubby is home got to go , chat later.........
