Sherri--Can't you tie a string around the end of the balloons and then attach the strings to your clothing. Or either attach small safty pin at tip of part that you tie knot.

Just thought I would pop in and say hi before heading to work. I am almost ready so I have an extra few minutes.
It was cool walking the dogs this morning.....definitely feels like fall. It has been so hot this summer that it doesn't take much to feel cool.

Sherri........ Congratulations on staying OP this weekend. It is so hard to do and that was such an accomplishment. I am hoping to get motivated with the new group. It is just so easy to slip up. Our Thanksgiving is always the second Monday in October. It seems early this year because the 1st is on a Monday. I can't believe it is already October.

Good morning everyone!!

I stayed on plan fairly well this wekend. I had to work nine hours on Saturday (I am juggling two jobs at the moment) so I had a salad and roll for lunch. That is pretty good for me to do.

Sherri - I enjoyed being leader, but I am also looking forward to stepping back again. We are beginning our travelling prizes program again and we are also starting a secret pal program this week again. These should be a lot of fun. If we do move I already have another chapter picked out as I have a relative who is a member of that one and I visited that chapter last xmas. Thay seem like really nice people and I am looking forward to moving (if it happens) and to starting a new chapter at the same time.

I have thought about tieing the balloons to myself. John said tonight that we have to go material shopping and see what they have. Maybe I can get a pattern for it.LOL
I hope all is well with your meds. Are you back on track and the meds working like they should be? Are you still losing water weight with the new meds the dr gave you. How did your weekend go anyway. Did you have a good one. I know you spent lots of time with your hubby. That is the best thing of all and very important. Keep your chin up. Thanks for the address. I filled out the profile last night so I could start getting the newsletter again. They said it was only a years subscription so mine must have run out.

Hey girl. That is great that you have a new group all picked out and that you will have a family member attending with you. That would be so motivating in itself. It is always a great thing to start over with everything and every place new. It is really inspiring to help us do good and get back on track. When will you know if you are moving and when? I am glad you enjoyed being leader. I didn't get that chance this year but it is okay. I like just being a member and helping out the leader like I do. That is great that you had a great weekend on plan to. See I told you we could do this.

Thanks for the inspirational letters. I signed up for them tonight. I read the sample one and it was great. I can use all the encouragement I can get. It is helping me to stay focused and do good.

Well I made it through a full week of the ww plan. It is the first week in a long time that I actually stayed on track. I start my hollywood diet again tomorrow. I only gained back as of this morning 3 lbs of the 9 lbs I lost last week doing the diet. So I will definetly be ahead and have a great loss this week. I am looking forward to weigh in this week.

I have to go and put together a contest for this week. I will tell you all about it later. It is exciting.
