Ok, All of you here is a KICK in the Butt. We can do this.
We have to focus on one meal at a time. One day at a time.
If you eat bad at one meal, eat a little better at the next. I am not one to deprive myself of anything. I'm eating candy, chips, dip, hotdogs, hamburgers, and I'm planning the Itailian tonight.
I don't always get my fruit in or my milk. But I try. That's all any of us can do. Try one meal at a time. If you get out of control, stop, focus, evaluate what you are doing, and catch your breath. Let it out, and start over. I do this weekly, and sometimes daily. There are times when I want to quit to, but I'm not going to let

(this guy defeat me). I'm going to do it, with your help and with God's. So hang in there. I hope that didn't hurt to bad.
I needed it just as bad.
