Hope everyone is doing fine. I didn't get the job that I applied for, so now I'm working 6-2. Some changes are going on here, good. We'll see what happens. The other is my doctor appointment is coming up, and now the time, and possibly the date will be changed, cuz of his schedule. So we will see. The good healthy eating is going well. As usual could of done better, but I still have a week before my next weigh in.
Not much more going on, hope everyone exercises and stays op
