Opening a whole new world

Talking (Tuesday) and I always forget to fill this out.

I lost a 1/2 pound last night.
I was happy with that. I know I could have done a lot better, but lets say I had my cake and ate it too. It doesn't seem as if I got the 9-5 job, so I guess I will be changing my hours, from 6-2. Maybe I can get more done at home with that extra hour. We'll also see what happens on Sept 12th, Next doctor appointment.
Other than that, not much going on.
I hope all you ladies have a loss this week.

Default Good Morning

Hello to all! We just returned from our weekend up north in Michigan. We went to a wedding in Leslie and visited some friends in Onondaga. It was a little cooler here than here, so we all managed to come back with colds. It was kinda hard to keep yourself being good on the flight and running thru airports. And most of all wedding and all kinds of people taking you out to dinner. I am not able to go to weigh in this week because my little one is pretty sick, so she is staying put. I am still trying to find the house and laundry - wow, that is enough to make me clean out the fridge myself.

I went and weighed myself on my scale and it stayed the same, really surprised me, without exercise you think you are gonna gain, but I have been told when your body stays at a certain spot for awhile it can maintain it and it is easier for you to lose more weight.

I hope everyone else is doing good. Sounds like we all have our ups and downs, does not make you feel like you are alone. I know we can all do this, and the support we can get here helps. I like it, I feel like today for example, can not get to the meeting, but coming here gets me a little motivated.

I enjoyed Christie's menu, that makes you think about all the things you are putting in your mouth. The menu thing, I started doing that last week, did not do it at all on the trip, kinda have to eat what is there. But I am back on routine here, I did some exercise today, and want to get some more in this afternoon. Really hard when you can hardly breath, but gonna do at least 20 minutes of treadmill or something.

Default Way to go Wendy!!

Good job on that 1/2 pound I know exactally what you meant about having the cake and eating it too LOL I have did that myself this week I did really good till my husbands days off...he is one of those people who just LOVES yo go out and eat at all the WRONG places

Angel- Hope your little one gets to feeling better, I know how it is when they arent feeling well, Dont worry about weigh in or anything else...just love her back to health mom

Eleni- Thanks for the hug I sure needed it... You always seem to have a way to brighten my days!

jinky- Thanks for putting your story down with the tips, I think we can all help each other by sharing our tips and experiences with one another...again WAY TO GO on getting your status

Well I guess I better get to cleaning the house and doing all my running before long, I know I have missed a few people but that doesnt mean I am not thinking of you all.... poohquilt, donna, penny, (miss ya sherri) stephanie (hows that baby??) and many more...Just keep your chin up and know your thought of often... TOPS HUGS TO YOU ALL!!
