Sherri-hang in there, you have been working really hard, I know you can do this.
I know I don't have to do these points things for you. I'm trying it out for me. Sometimes it was hard figuring stuff out, so I thought why not. I'm thinking of giving it 2 more weeks, I think I'm working harder at it. Eating more fruit, and veggies, and drinking more water, and staying in the points range. My scale was down this moring, So it could of been water gain.

Hello all,I have had another good day.Tomorrow night is weighin and I am expecting a loss.Have done good with my eating and got my exercise done.Don't know how long I can keep it up but so far so good.
