Default Tops Food Journal For Week On 3-6-2006

I used to always go to the ww portion and view these daily food journals.
I think and believe it makes me accountable for my food each meal and others can see what i eat
I will start later after i eat breakfast.
Come on let's journal!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey there Shelley I will join you

Breakfast- 2 eggs
snack- cup of blackberries
Lunch- 1 can of tuna and a boiled egg with 1 tbls lite mayo and 1 tbls mustard and 3 whole wheat ritz crackers
supper- baked chicken breast, and a whole can of green beans and 1/2 cup whole wheat alfredo noodles
snack- 1/2 grapefruit

3-9-06
Breakfast
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of pineapple

Lunch
salad
1/2 of grilled cheese sandwich
1 cup of tomato soup
dt coke
water

Dinner
mashed potatoes
salad
cottage cheese

snacks
few fritos
7 vanilla wafers with milk

I dont feel llike I have done well since my weigh in on Monday night. I am hungry all the time and want to munch munch munch all day long.
Tomorrow will hopefully be a better day. At least I rode my exercise bike. I can't ride my bike outdoors, all it has done here is rain, rain ,rain ,for 2 days . I bet it has rained 4 or 5 inches and everywhere is flooded. oh well

Hi Shelley, Christian, Journaling and writing down are my weak points, but I keep track on spark.... it lets me input food and exercise.... I keep trying... India

I am desperate guys, I havent posted this on here yet, but I am out of leeway again , and well if I am not down 1 pound at this weigh in I will not graduate the 1st of April, SO to make a long story short I am doing a 3 day diet my dad gave me years ago that they passed around where he works, on top of that I have been sick all weekend and was up another pound if you believe that So my menu will look weird but if it works as good as it did for me last time I will lose 5 pounds or more before weigh in , say a prayer ladies I need it

Breakfast- 1 slice toast ands 1 tsp peanut butter and 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch- 1/2 cup tuna and 1 slice ww toast
Supper- 3 oz lean chicken, 1 cup green beans 1 cup carrots,1 apple and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Hang in there, Christy! You will do it ... look what you've done so far!

We have a Snow Day in Minnesota today ... so I'm sitting home with DS, idle time on my hands, and a refrigerator nearby. I'm supposed to weigh in today, but I'm thinking group will be cancelled as well.

Weekend was OK ... could have been better with food choices, but also could have been much worse.

Today:
B - 1 serving grapes, 2 pc peanut butter toast, 2 c coffee w/milk
S - 1 banana
L - bean soup
D - salad, bean burger w/bun

Here is todays menu, and thanks phantastica...I am down 2 pounds since yesterday so I can breath now LOL
Day 2
Breakfast- 1 egg, 1/2 banana, and 1 slice toast
Lunch- 1 cup cottage cheese and 8 saltine crackers
Supper- 2 beef hotdogs, 1 cup broccoli,1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 cup ice cream

scale is down another 1/2 pound So here is the last day of the 3 day plan...

Breakfast- 1 oz cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers, and an apple
Lunch- 1 boiled egg and 1 slice toast
Dinner- 1 cup tuna, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup melon, and 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Hopefully the scale will be a pound under goal tommorow night
