It's good to get here and read the posts. I'm through with the pity party that I was throwing for myself about the 3 lb gain and then the sickness and the upcoming doctor visits.
I finally resolved that I can't control those things, I can only control the way I react to them and handle them. I'm in proactive mode again..thanks to all of you!
Did anyone watch TV last night? I really sat down and watched a couple of shows..it felt great to relax (of course this was after I got home from my workout!). I watched "Emily's Reason's why not"--very good show..looking forward to each week. Also watched "Jake and Progess"--I like it too. I'm also a Bacholor junkie and the new one started last night. I enjoyed it as well.
