There you go. I think I did great. But my friend said that she thinks it is the salt that is holding me back. I am starting to realize that also. So I am going to try and watch that also.

This is terrible we have to watch the calories, fat grams, sodium and everything. This sure isn't easy.LOL But we will make it

Well Christie here is my menu for yesterday.

Breakfast:

Raisen Bran 1 cup
Milk skim 1 cup
Bannana

Lunch:

Grilled cheese sandwich wheat bread
Tossed salad
dressing 2 tablespoons
1/2 of a fruit plate

Dinner:

Hamburgers 1 1/2
Ketchup 2 tablespoons
fries baked 16 1 serving

Popcorn 1 bag of 94% ff

64 oz. of water and 30 min of stepping up and down on my step while getting motivated and watching Dr. Phil on opraha that I taped.

I couldn't help but have the popcorn. I survived another ice cream. We went to a car show last night. I made sure to have dinner before we went so I wouldn't have to eat the junk hot dogs and burgers with fries cooked in grease. They also have an ice cream stand there it is huge.

I spent the whole time watching others eat all kinds of ice cream and sundeas megan had an ice cream to and eating and smelling the burgers, hot dogs and fries. I didn't give in but that is why I had to have the popcorn last night. I couldn't help it. But it was better then all the junk they had at the car show.
