I am changing things up a little....I think that I am at goal this coming Thursday as far as Kops status and if that is true then I am going to start a maintainence way of eating and exercising so my menus will be different from here on out if that is what happens
B- 1 egg and a sf ff yogurt
s- balance bar
L- ? will fill in later we are going out I think
s- organic unsweeteded applesauce
S- 3 oz lean steak, small baked potatoe and peas
s- only if I need one
