Thanksgiving Challenge Menu thread 9/14-9/18
HI guys,
Writing my food down in black and white really helps me to stay focused, I have started many of these menu threads in the past and it was really motivating and made me feel more accountable ;) So feel free to join in and lets make this year OUR YEAR :D B- 1 egg and 2 slices turkey bacon and 1 ff sf yogurt s- 1 boiled egg and another yogurt L- 3 oz lean ground beef, 1/2 baked potatoe, and cabbage s- 1 boiled egg and 1/2 banana S- BFL Asian stir fry s- 1 boiled egg and another yogurt Looks like a lot of protien, but I am on Body for Life and I have to have 1 protien and one carb every 2-3 hours and 6 small meals a day with 2 veggies . Just letting you know what I am doing ;) What plan do you follow?? :cool: |

Ok so Im being sarcastic...not entirely excited about sharing what I am eating..possibly because I feel that I should be eating better however maybe this will help me to make some better choices.
Sept. 14 ~ B - nothing S - cube of cheese L - Ham sandwich/wheat bread and light mayo, tomatoe S - nothing D - 2 small peices of baked fish, vegetable medley S - popcorn and milk Sept. 15 ~ B - oatmeal S - apple L - ham sandwich/wheat bread with light mayo, tomatoe and a fresca S - cube of cheese D - meetloaf, mashed potatoes, fresh creamed corn, cup of milk S - 3 small pcs. of chocolate Sept. 16 ~ B - oatmeal S - apple L - meat loaf, mashed potatoes, creamed corn S -sunflower seeds & cappuccino D - Chinese :o Sept. 17 ~ B - nothing S - nothing L - leftover chinese S - nothing D - meat loaf, mashed potatoes S - cherry coke Sept. 18 ~ B - 2 waffles w/syrup S - nothing L - roast beef sandwich & curly fries S - popcorn & sprite D -roast beef sandwich |
kl life- I know it is intimidating at first, but when we write it down, well it makes it more real ...which is a good thing in the long run ;)

Today was...
B- 2 eggs and 1/2 banana s- body for life shake L- turkey breast and cheese on ww bread with light miracle whip s- 1/2 cup unsweetened organic applesauce and 1 oz cheese S- 3 oz beef and small potatoe and salad s- turkey breast and watermelon |
Sunday menu-
(didnt eat like I was should have B- 1 egg and 1/2 cup bran flakes s- none L- chicken breast and small potatoe and cabbage s- none S- Chicken breast, small potatoe s- applesauce and cheese |
