I am with you and I know exactly what I did to have the gain today. But I didn't do good because I had a doughnut.

But here it is anyway: Tomorrow I won't post because it is my cheat day also.

Breakfast:

1 cup raisen bran (1st mistake I increased this and should have had only 1/2 cup)
1 cup skim milk
1 honey wheat english muffin

Lunch:

Fish Fry on hot dog roll w/ tarter sauce
Cream filled doughnut

Snack:
SF FF bannana cream pudding

Dinner:
6oz. Chicken Parm without the spaghetti
tossed salad with russian dressing

I don't think I will have a loss today because I had too many carbs but we will see.

I am also doing the sugarbusters/somersizing but now I know that I can mix things but I have to keep a close check on my carbs which is basically what I am doing this week. I looked over my menus and found that I increased the amount of carbs so that is why I had the gain. For me anyway. So I really have to keep measuring things. Wish I didn't but I tend to overeat if I don't measure and weigh.

Water 64 oz.

Question Question????

I am not going to post what I eat because I know I won't do it everyday but.....I did have a question. You keep mentioning a crustless pizza......how do you make that? I guess it seems like a silly question but for me pizza is a favourite food and if I could have it a little more it would be nice.

Talking Here is the recipe for the crustless pizza

Marie,
First I take a pound of the leanest ground beef I can buy
then I fry it up and drain off fat....
Then I put in one jar of pizza sauce(any brand will do)
add mushrooms and olives if you want too and put it in a oven safe dish.... then sprinkle with low fat mozzerella chesse and brown till done at 450, usually about 10 minutes...

It saves oodles of calories and it is low carb that way...
Hope that helps, I couldnt live without pizza either LOL,

Default Thank you

Thank you for the recipe.

I appreciate you letting me know how you make the pizza. I am not low carbing but that would allow me to have some bread with it or just cut the calories back. I am printing it out and will be making it. Thanks again.

Question what plan are you following

Hi Christie:

I'm basically a lurker, but enjoy reading the menus. Yours look interesting to me. What plan are you following or what is your approach to weight loss?

Talking Hi Nancy! WeLCOME!!!

Hi there,
Thanks for replying to the menu post....
I always wonder if anyone reads it besides me LOL
I follow a low sugar plan... ever heard of Sugar Busters???
Or Somersizing with Suzanne Sommers??
I dont have to count calories on these plans and seem to lose just as fast as if I was if I stick to them, You can get info on the Sugar busters plan on these boards also... there is a information board on the SB part of this forum to kinda help explain the program, Plus alot of women who have lost alot of weight on it.. I have managed to lose about almost 40 pounds doing it myself, I also go to Tops meetings and hang on this board because of all the great people I have met .. Do you belong to Tops????
I love that I have to weigh in every week at the meeting because it keeps me honest Well again thanks for the reply...it is so nice to meet new people.... God Bless!!
