Just stopping by to say hello before I go to work.Am looking forward to next two days.I will not have to get up at this ungodly hour.Plus two of our daughters are coming to clean my house.Sometimes it is nice when they grow up.
i did get my exercise in yesterday.30 min in pool and 20 min on treadmill.My weight just doesn't want to move much.Will try some changes next week if it doesn't move.I really believe no one should have to walk around hungry all the time in order to lose.I have got to keep on trying new ways until I find what works for me.
We actually got some rain here in Fl yesterday and we may get some more today.We need some more badly.It is so dry it is a wonder the whole state hasn't burnt up by now.Very dangeruos situation with fires here.
Well have to finish getting ready for work.Hope everyone has a good week

Not much going on here.
Rain. again. so much for the clean-up for next week-ends wedding. I hope it calms down before 4:00 today, I have another wedding to go to.

Morning all. Lucky you Eleni to get help with the housekeeping. I must admit tho' that my hubby is very helpful. My son and wife are coming out for bbq dinner tonight and my husband is making an apple pie for them...and he even cleans up most of it anyways after he is done.

Penny my no salt says it is just potassium. I think potassium is okay for you. I am on monophil right now but we are still trying to see if it works. I am having some heavy duty dizzy periods these last few days so it may not be right for me yet. I don't know if I get Tony's creole seasoning here or not. I will look next time I go to safeway . Also I live real close (about 10 min from the US border and could go down to Bellingham to pick up some but if I can't do either I will remember what you said and make arrangements with you. thank you so much. Do you bake with the lite salt. If so do you use the same amount or less or??

We have rain here today too and it is a good thing as we need it but I would like a nicer day for the weekend.

Eleni - don't worry about the slow loss. It makes it more permanent that way and you can't starve yourself because this is a life committment. Baby steps will get you there..
