Good morning everyone...Here it is Monday and just a few more days until I weigh in again. I come to this sight every morning so that is why I start a new thread. I hope no one minds. I had a bad day Sat., just ate too much, you might say I lost control. Yesterday I done my old thing to get back on track, I ate only lean protein and drank water. It seems to clean the carbs out and gets me out of the fog.
I'm feeling good about things this morning. We'll see on Thursday night when I weigh in. I know that I must stop looking forward to the day I weigh in, because this isn't going to end when the weight is gone.
Sherri....I've kept myself busy making a gift for the Kop's gal. We get points for giving cards to different people every week in a contest. So I've made her 22 note cards, and a lace throw pillow for her bed. I've still got trinket covered dish to paint. I make graphics on the computer and I paint, and I sew. The truth is that I have to be creating all the time or I'm not happy. So glad to hear your doing so well with you food and weight loss. It makes us feel so good to be in that place, the amazing thing is why do we give it up!!!!
Keep up the good work. On the real estate deal, nothing gained by doing nothing. You go for your dreams.
Susie....For my busy is very good, helps me keep my mind off of food. Congrats on the good weight loss this week. Doesn't it feel good? Sorry to hear that your out of control. Find a way to get back on track. If your like me you can gain what you lost plus a bunch more in a week, and you don't want that. Boy that is super that you can walk that for, sure wish I could. Hubby is out for his walk now, he walks 3 1/2 miles at least 5 times a week.
