Is there anyone out there that wants to set a goal with me for the week.

I am setting my goal little for a start. Next week I will set another one.

My goal for the week is to not have the unwise food choice of ice cream this week.

That should help seeing that I have had 2 brownie sundeas last week. Very bad me.LOL

Anyone else want to set a goal?

I'll try and get my fruit in, for my goal. I don't seem to have a problem with the rest, except dairy once in awhile.
We can do this Sherri. Small steps.

My goal for the week is to eat nothing but fruit after 7:00.... I have the worst time at night wanting to munch on alot of no no foods....
WE CAN DO IT LADIES!!
Remember....
If you fall.... Just get back up and dust yourself off and TRY again

Hi,
I would like to join in on the weekly goals.
This week my goal is to keep my journal and to drink my water. When I keep a journal, it cuts down on my nibbling between meals. I think "Do I really want to write this down?" The answer is usually "No".

Hi Everyone! This is day one on plan for me. So I wanted to put a short goal to make me through Thursday! How is everyone else doing with their goals!???

I have a problem with snacking as soon as a walk into the house after work. So no snacking before supper when I get home!

Well everyone,

I have done great with my goal this week so far. No ice cream for me. That is a miracle but now I have to give up junk food in general. I am adding that to my goal for the rest of the week and for next week so I can definetly have a loss. I won't lose this week I ate too much.

Hope everyone is doing well with their goals.

Hi Ladies! I did end up snacking last night and wanted to fess up. But I did not eat supper because I was full So I guess that is ok! How is everyone else???
