I'll try and get my fruit in, for my goal. I don't seem to have a problem with the rest, except dairy once in awhile.

I would like to join in on the weekly goals.
This week my goal is to keep my journal and to drink my water. When I keep a journal, it cuts down on my nibbling between meals. I think "Do I really want to write this down?" The answer is usually "No".

I have a problem with snacking as soon as a walk into the house after work. So no snacking before supper when I get home!

I have done great with my goal this week so far. No ice cream for me. That is a miracle but now I have to give up junk food in general. I am adding that to my goal for the rest of the week and for next week so I can definetly have a loss. I won't lose this week I ate too much.
Hi Ladies! I did end up snacking last night and wanted to fess up. But I did not eat supper because I was full So I guess that is ok! How is everyone else???
