Since no one has started a thread for today, I guess I'm up.
Good morning all...Here it is the week end already. My food wasn't what it should have been yesterday, I ate too much meat loaf last night. It sure could have been worse, but still I know that is a danger sign and today I must really watch what I eat, stay within the plan. I have a job to do and eating too much meat loaf won't get it done any faster.
Sherri.....losing the weight slow is really the best way. Of course that isn't how we all want to lose it, we want it to be gone over night. Our Tops leader just made Kops after 12 years of belonging to Tops. But you know what at this point in her life, she's not going to have a drastic change in her eating habits because she has worked her way up to eating just the way she is. We are having a shower for her this week, yep I said shower. We are having drinks, (not booze) and finger food and all bringing a gift. I'm going to make a Certificate for her too. I think she deserves it, she has hung in there and got the job done, though it was slow. So you hang in there too Sherri, better to get there slow rather than never getting there at all. It looks like your losing better now, nine pounds is a very good number for a month.
You have a great day with your son's birthday tomorrow. One year is a wonderful age in a baby.
