Good morning Ladies,
I showed a tiny loss at the weigh-in last night...down .75 lbs. I'll take it!
I've been so busy with everything. I need to start learning how to manage my time, because right now it's managing me. I have some committments right now that I have to see through, but I'm saying no to everything else.

I know it's important for me to do that because when I'm overwhelmed, I overeat..and ladies, I'm so tired of being overweight. I'm very please with my efforts so far, but it's time to get down and dirty and really get the rest of this weight off. If something is going to interfere with my concentrating on that, then I'm saying no to it from now on.

Sherri: I'm so happy for you! You have found your direction and you are losing weight...see how that goes hand in hand?

Belle: We are glad to have you with us. As you read the posts and such you will remember our names and if you want you can respond to something we wrote about..if not, that's ok..just post...it's great to read what everyone is posting, it helps us to help ourselves.

Penny and Eleni: Nice to see your posts yesterday.

I need to get to work. Have a great day.
Susie

Susie, I could have wrote what you wrote this morning. I too am overwhelmed with things to do. I can't work like I used too, so I don't get much done, but things still need to get done. I think I'm really hoping to work like I used to when I get off 100 pounds. I forget that I'm a lot older. However I think I will feel a lot younger, because I feel older than I am.
Last night was my weigh in too, I managed to lose 2.24 pounds last week. I'm so glad. I know it will take about 15 more pounds before I can tell any difference at all, but I am determined to lose 100 pounds.
I joined this group to help keep me foscused on the job in front of me. I'm making losing weight the thing I work on most this year.
I've got some playing to do now on the computer for my Top's group. I make certificates for the best loser and anything else they need done on the computer. I make graphics and I do digital painting too. I've had to give up a graphics group or 2 so I can work on the weight problem.
Have a good day and week end everyone. Please bare with me until I learn how to answer everyone.
Belle

First goal!!!!

Default Hello all

Despite some problems with my brunch not staying down and then whacking my ankle bone on my computer chair, I managed to get on my dreadmill and pound out a turtle mile. It doesn't have a motor, so it's harder than it sounds. Yay Turtle! Food hasn't been too bad, but I felt out of control a little. Water has been excellent. And I use my TOPS won water bottle (or botter wattle as I accidentally called it the other day ).

At work now and I spend a lot of my time reading journals and threads. Hope you all have a great Friday and a wonderful week end.
