Default A new month, and a new beginning...if you need it!

Good morning everyone...I'm going to have a slower day today, I've been hitting it a little hard the last two days and I'm tired. I weighed this morning and I weigh what I did last Thursday morning. I sure hope a couple of pounds falls off before Thursday. I'm feeling good about things though.

Susie.....Yesterday was the dawn of a new month and today is the beginning. I don't know about you but I sure want to make it count. It sounds like you had a really good day yesterday and you gave yourself a treat. Taking a nap would have not been the thing for me to do in order to get rid of food off my mind. When I wake up, that is the first thing I want to do. Glad it worked for you.

Ok I'm setting a goal for myself too. I want to reach 284 pounds by the 26th of may. That is only 2 pounds per week. Make it a good start for the month everyone.

Default May Day SOS

Yeah, since I gained three pounds last week at weigh in, I sure COULD use a new beginning. I, however, don't feel like I've lost much. Hopefully, I'll at least get those three pounds back off. Last night I walked approx 1 1/2 miles on the dreadmill, just trying to move something. I weigh in tonight between five and six.

I went out and bought some gifts that I thought fit into the type of presents they give away in the "treasure chest". I just hope they'll accept them. The first week I lost 6 3/4 I was the week's best loser and they told me to choose a gift, and the second week when I was the week's "good" loser, they had me choose a gift again. But last week I noticed only the BEST loser got a gift, so I feel guilty that I may have taken a reward when I wasn't supposed to. I bought this bag of gifts out of guilt. But guilt can be a great motivator

I wish everyone great luck on the start of another week and I hope everyone has a great day! Rainy here.
