Thumbs up Menu's 03/20 thru 03/27

I have been OP with no I'm trying so hard to be good!!!!! Ha!
I didn't make it out of town , so thought I would start this for a week:

03/20/05
Breakfast: v-8 juice 6 oz
1/2 cup egg sub
2 slices bacon
Lunch: Turkey & cheese on lettuce leaf, mustard
celery, cucumber slices
Dinner: Going out, Red Lobster (probably baked Salmon or lobster)
Salad, veggies
I will drink 64 oz water each day. Exercise at least 4 times at Curves.
Maybe, just maybe, I'll have a good loss!

I will try this.I will edit each day so we can keep same thread going

Sunday 3-20-05
Breakfast 1 egg,1 turkey bacon,1 small canadian bacon
Lunch-tuna ,egg salad with little bit of onion and pickel,small tomato
Snack 1/4 yellow pepper
Supper Baked turkey breast, mixed steam veggies,large salad,turkey broth as gravy ( I ate a bunch of olives that I shouldn't have)
Desert sugar free jello with low fat cool whip 4 sugar free popsicles

Monday 3-21-05
Breakfast 1 egg,1 turkey bacon,1 small canadian bacon
Lunch turkey veggie soup

1 cup raw veggies/dressing

small salad,small grilled fish,sauteed squash,sugar peas
2 jello ,4 popsicles

Tuesday Breakfast 1 egg,1 turkey bacon,1 small canadian bacon

Lunch shrimp/fish soup

olives & red pepper for snack boiled egg 6 cubes cheese

Supper ground turkey burger,spinach,salad
snack 2 jello,4 popsicles

Wed 1 egg,1 turkey bacon,1 small canadian bacon

lunch bean soup

supper Crockpot chicken,tomatoes greenbeans, mixed raw veggies

snacks 2 eggs,few olives,2 jello,2 popsicles

Sunday 3/20/05:
B=rice crispes w/ milk, water
L=1/2 cup macc & cheese, green beans, 2 bisquits, water
D=(McDonalds' after church) 1 cheese burger, med. fry.
Snack=4 sugar cookies with milk (not the best choice)
Water total=48 oz

Monday 3/21/05:
B=rice crispes w/ milk, water
L=(going to Damon's meeting a friend): I'm not sure yet
D=Not sure yet. DH is planning the meals this week
Exercise=headed back to the Y tonight. Will walk for 45 min and do weight training

I'm determined that I'll be down on those scales this week. It's time that I make this a priority with myself again.

Well, I weighed in last night and lost 3.5 pounds in a week. I have been trying really hard and have been a little sick the last 2 days too.
3-22-05
Breakfast
1 slice of bacon microwaved
1 cinnamon roll
coffee

Lunch
1/4 of a santa Fe beans and rice WW meal
few doritios
diet coke 1/2 of a can

Dinner
Don't know yet
Probaly not tooo much.

D=2 potato skins, garden salad, water

I made it throught the day with no sugary cookies..that was my goal!
