Sunday 3-20-05
Breakfast 1 egg,1 turkey bacon,1 small canadian bacon
Lunch-tuna ,egg salad with little bit of onion and pickel,small tomato
Snack 1/4 yellow pepper
Supper Baked turkey breast, mixed steam veggies,large salad,turkey broth as gravy ( I ate a bunch of olives that I shouldn't have)
Desert sugar free jello with low fat cool whip 4 sugar free popsicles
Monday 3-21-05
Breakfast 1 egg,1 turkey bacon,1 small canadian bacon
Lunch turkey veggie soup
1 cup raw veggies/dressing
small salad,small grilled fish,sauteed squash,sugar peas
2 jello ,4 popsicles
Tuesday Breakfast 1 egg,1 turkey bacon,1 small canadian bacon
Lunch shrimp/fish soup
olives & red pepper for snack boiled egg 6 cubes cheese
Supper ground turkey burger,spinach,salad
snack 2 jello,4 popsicles
Wed 1 egg,1 turkey bacon,1 small canadian bacon
lunch bean soup
supper Crockpot chicken,tomatoes greenbeans, mixed raw veggies
snacks 2 eggs,few olives,2 jello,2 popsicles
