Default Feeling overwhelmed

Hello,
Ladies, I'm feeling overwhelmed! This is a very busy week for me. My DH is having surgery on Friday and I feel like I'm not going to get everything done that I have to get done. This includes everything with work, home, school. HELP! If I don't get over this feeling, I know I'll blow my plan. There's so much going on in my head that I don't feel like I know where to start.

Yesterday I didn't get to go workout. I spend 5 hours working on my Accounting take-home-test! I didn't get anything done around the house this weekend eithier.

I know that tomorrow morning, I'm going to start by cleaning one room at a time before work. This will take most of my computer time so you might not see a lot of me this week. Hopefully I can pop in for a short post at lunch.

I just don't want to get off plan, so I needed to come and say I need some help. How do I go about getting it all done? Usually I'm a great planner, but I'm not sure where to start.

I know that I'm tired mentally and physically that's not helpding the situation. I've also told myself that overeating won't help eithier and besides I don't have the time to sit down and overeat. You know a binge really does take up time! lol

I'm going to get going. Got to stop at the post office before work. Everyone is in my thoughts.

Susie

Default hang in there

Susie, Christian is right. Take it slow to catch up, and realize, you can't do everything. That's the biggest mistake that some of us overeaters do. Think we can do it all and when we don't turn to food. Realize, that it's ok if the house isn't perfect right now, you have a lot going on. Take it easy and breath.
I had surgery recently, and NO I didn't get everything done that I wanted to, but you know what, the world kept spinning. I kept going. Still had the surgery. Even though i didn't get everything done. Three things to focus on, You, Hubby, and school. Do the bare necessities on everything else. Try for convience too. Salad from Wendy's instead of cooking. If you gotta go to the store, park a little further away to get extra steps in that way.
Little things will get you through. You can do it.

I am thinking of you with all the stuff going on. But you can make the right choices. You may have to plan a little but you can do it. I know when my hubby was in the hospital. I would fix me a goodie bag and take with me. I would get me some slim fast bars either the meal bars or the muffin bars. I also got some of the individal lite jello's. I also would take some carrots and celery. I also took a 32 oz bottle of water with me. I would eat one meal at the hospital. And the rest of the time I ate what I would take. I would get some coffe or a diet pop. Mostly coffee. And if hubby was sleeping. I would walk up and down the hall for some excerise. Did walk a couple flights of stairs. But had to watch the knee. And with the house work. Dont worry about it. I always tried to get everything done I could. But I never did. So I decided. If someone came here and didnt like how my house looked. They could clean it themselves. But you know what. No one ever cleaned it for me. So keep you chin up. And take care of you and your hubby. That is all that matters.

SHERRI
How are you doing. Miss you. Maybe I will be able to get on here a little bit more now. Things are calming down some now. How are the little ones doing.

To all you other ladies I sure have missed you. I think of you all often. Hope everyone has been doing well with their plans. Weigh in tomorrow night. Weather permitting and depends on how hubby feels. So everyone take care. And I am thinking of all of you.
