I hope everyone is doing okay today. I have had a relaxing weekend. I just have some Date Squares in baking right now. A friend of ours really likes them so thought I would make some for him and us. Our weather has been quite miserable. It was really windy yesterday and then we had some rain, hail and snow. It is basically the same today...very windy, and some rain and wet snow. A friend of ours said that one of the fellows he goes to school with planted tomato plants last week........he must have just moved here. Anyone who has lived here too long knows you can't do much in the garden until June unless you are planting seeds. It is supposed to be nice tomorrow so it would be nice if it is.....can salvage one day. The one nice thing about the weather being so miserable....I don't have to feel guilty about relaxing and not doing some clean up outside. It was hubby's birthday yesterday so had some birthday cake. It was very good.
