Once we start to face problems and fears it makes it easier to start living instead of hiding behind our weight. Welcome and I know your slider will go down.

Welcome as well. I think that is great that they want you to become leader. It is good to have some new motivation. Just remember that there are some women in the group that are happy with the way things are and concentrate on the ones that want to start losing again. As far as ideas go I have a lot of them and the others have lots they will share as well. So don't let the lack of ideas stop you.

As for me it has been a hetic week here for my first week at home. Today is the first day since monday we are home here for the day. It seems nice to not be out in the cold. Today with the windchill factor it is to be -28 degrees. That is cold. So I am glad I am inside. I have had appts all week long. Hopefully next week won't be so hectic because I have both boys. Plus I hope they will be healthy next week instead of sick like last week. Jesse is just starting to come around today for 2 weeks now he has been sick. He hasn't been eating. Only a bowl of cereal with fruit once a day. That isn't much. Won't even eat the table food. This morning he finally feed himself some breakfast, Cinnamon Toast crunch and 2 french toast sticks. So I was happy with that and some milk.
Last night I took megan out to sell her girlscout cookies. She sold a lot of them. Then tomorrow night I have to take her to a Golden Awards Ceremony for the brownies and girlscouts. She is going to be part of the ceremony. So that will be girls night out for that. It is nice being here for her when she gets off the bus at night and being able to work on her reading as well. She really needs the one on one time.
Well I am out of here for now. I will check back in later.

update: Still haven't heard about aunt. Still in surgery.
Work has okied my time off without the cover of the fmla. They will hold my job. I go monday back to the doctors to set up a surgery date. I will let you all know what's going on.

Ah "motivation" comes and goes for all of us. We need to look at the big picture, and understand that it's all life changing, and just doing it once in a while won't get us to our goal.

Eleni-hope u are doing much better now, and thanks for the tip. You are so right, but that's why you are "mom".
