That is great that you got your exercise in finally. I know it makes you feel so much better like you are really doing something. Are you all ready for christmas? I still have to wrap everything.LOL

As for me I am doing much better. I missed weigh in so I will go before work and weigh in without a meeting this week. I am down to 191 so I will have a great loss this week. Can't wait to weigh in. Me and DH came down with a stomach virus the night before last at the same time throwing up and junk. It was aweful. I went to work yesterday even though I wanted to stay home so bad. I asked to leave early at 3 but I couldn't so I stuck it out. DH came home at 11am and went to bed for the day. So when I got home I vacummed and mopped the kitchen floor and went to bed for the night. The sitter came down with it during the night and megan's stomach is hurting now to. I think the baby got some of it to. He was sick yesterday at the sitters and fussy last night just crying a lot. I had gotten up to take him for a min then once I got him to sleep he slept all night and is still sleeping. I took him to the Dr the night before and he has yet another ear infection. He goes back next wednesday and they will probably send him to a specialist to consider tubes. Ben gets tubes in his ears tomorrow.
I have to get going for work and to take the kids to my parents. I am giving the sitter a break today because she is sick. She still has ben but at least she won't have both. I know how she feels.
I will come back later tonight and let you know how I did at weigh in. Still no internet acess at work. Won't have any until Jan. 4th now.

Hello,
Just a quick check in before work. I'm off tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. I have a lot to do around here to get things in shape. It seems like I'm so busy! But then isn't everyone?

I did good with the restricted sweets yesterday. It takes a couple of days to get off that sugar, so I know as the days go by it will get easier.

Sherry: I'm sorry to hear that everyone is sick. I hope you don't catch anything. Good luck at the weigh-in tonight!
