    I am leaving for Maui tommorow! don't think i could be any happier. Finals are over for the semester and i need a vacation after a terrribly long winter!!!! my thoughts will be on my weight as i will be eating out for a week! I will however have lots of fresh fruits and veggies to choose from!

    I wish you could all come with me! in a way you are, as i'll be thinking of you while i'm gone! I'll miss two weeks of TOPS while i'm gone. As geeky as this is..there is a business center at my hotel and i'm going to try to check these boards to keep me in check.

    I lost 1/2 pound this week! Not much but any loss is better than a gain.

  • I am not making it to my meeting tonight......we had a showing tonight and it was difficult. I am back on top of things starting tomorrow and will have a loss next week......that is my goal.

  • Can't escape the truth of the scale....I gained 1# so I am one over goal. There is next week and I WILL get back to goal at least. Hope everyone else will fare better than me, but if you don't, don't let it get you down.....just keep trying.

  • Hey ladies hope all is great. I Lost 4.5 pds this week on Monday. We've had a problem with the phone line the past 4 days. I'm here now.

    Penny walking is really working. I've been trying to get close to 2 miles in a day. Doesn't always happen. But at least 4 x's a week.

  • Mark me down for a .75 gain. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr I don't know what my problem is. I've been at the same weight for about 6 weeks now. I hope it breaks soon.

    Well I had my weigh in. I stayed the same. I was real happy with that considering how far off track I was all week. And the last 2 weeks I have had gains. I was very happy.
    It also told me that for me to eat like I should and not stray with the pts I was eating and I gained and to eat way off base and a lot of junk and stay the same means that I do need more calories. But no junk food for me starting on sat. Tomorrow is my day off plan as scheduled.

    Congratulations to all those that lost. And to those that didn't we will get there.

    Well ELENI!!! CONGRATS CONGRATS!!!!!! I am so proud of you. I knew you could do it. Congrats also to Sherri for the turtle. That is very hard to do.

    As far me, I lost 1.25 this week. Not too shabby considering I only exercised once. But I will have to do more to keep it off! Penny
  • Hello all!

    Well only lost 1/4 pound this week. Was sick this week with an upper respiatory infection so did not walk since last friday. Hopefully I will be able to start exercising again sometime this weekend when I can breathe better.

  • Well Ladies! Hats off to ya'! Everyone did so great this week. Even though some gained, we are still trying! That is the whole point. I am sure it will come back off next week! Congrats again to everyone! The challenge is rolling around soon!
