Hi Ladies! I just love polls and we even learned something new on the last one so here is another.
I was going to just ask about fast food but I eat Subway for lunch a couple days a week and what I get is very healthy. So I am talking about the unhealthy foods! Maybe this way we can reevaluate about how much extra calories we are consuming that we shouldn't.
