Happy Halloween
Hi Ladies
Hope everyone has a had a good weekend. Have been busy this weekend. Had a lot of running to do. But thought I would get on here for a few minutes and check in with everyone.
Well I did have a loss Friday eve. Lost 2 1/2 lbs. So That makes 15 1/2 lbs in 8 weeks. Only two more weeks of this 10 week stint. I hate to see it end. But I dont think they are going to roll over. And then it is the cost. My sister paid for these 10 weeks for me. It is through her work. There are some other meetings close by. But not sure about the cost. I know it is kinda expensive. So will have to wait and see.
Maybe some one can answer this question for me who is doing the points. Our son took us out to eat today. The local Lions club had a spaghetti dinner. So not sure how to count points. They had spaghetti, 2 meatballs, a little sauce, salad, slice garlic bread, and dessert. The dessert I gave to my son. The spaghetti covered the bottom of a regular size round stryofoam plate. It wasnt heaping. The meatballs you could have made 4 small out of the two, and there wasnt a whole lot of sauce. Was a little dry. And the garlic bread wasnt real thick. So I was afraid to eat much afterwards. I did have slim fast muffin bar. So I am hoping that I havent went over in points. The muffin bar is 3 points. Then for breakfast I had a Dr Phil bar. Which is 4 points.
