Good morning Ladies,
Cannot believe how this month has disappeared, poof gone!!! I am still here. Sorry I have not posted in a long time, but you all have been in my thoughts. I do lurk at times but just do not have the time to type. Many, many things happening here, but I will not bore anyone.
I finally got back under goal last week, but it had to be from just cutting back on food because I could barely move. There were few calories expended on my part. I hate not being able to move at a 'normal' pace, but I need to be extremely careful with my back right now. Had surgury 17 years ago and I don't want to go down that road again. Actually losing 10 more pounds would help also, so I need to think about lowering my goal and getting my mind ready for that journey.
Congratulations to those that have had loses the past few weeks and for everyone else that continues to try...and never give up....I commend you with a {{{HUG}}}! We all deserve it!!!! The key is to NEVER GIVE UP!!!!
I'm thinking of all ofyou down in Florida at your SRD this weekend. What was the theme? I can't wait for ours in 5 more weeks.
