Hi-D HO!

How is everyone doing? I can't believe that we are almost in SEPTEMBER already! EKKK!!! I was hoping to get to goal by my bday in October but now I will have to shoot by Xmas....

Ok... I forgot to tell everyone how I was doing.....lol

I am finally motivated again....lol It took me getting all the way back to 170 before I decided to get off my lazy butt! LOL

Nicholas has a karate belt test today so he is really excited about that! He gets a cake

Andrew went to the ent yesterday. They are wanting to take his tonsils and adneiods out now. She said this is the youngest she has ever did but he has no airway passage. He only breathes out his mouth and is 14 monhts old and still drooling everywhere. So we have to decide what to do. He will have to stay in overnight b/c of his age.

Hunter is really enjoying school this year. Kindergarden... he is a big boy now He rode the bus for the first time Thursday and then again Friday mornings. I told him he could ride in the morning but I was picking him up in the evening. Hey.. Mommy has to feel needed too......lol

Ok that is me in a nut shell

Oh and my hubby is still bouncing around

Penny -good morning, and yes get motivated.
Brandon starts school the 7th of Sept. The day after Labor day. Hopefully i won't be back to work yet, and I can use the next 2 weeks to get my schedule down. We are no different than anyone else. We can do what ever we set our minds up. If we believe we will fail before we start we will. If we look at the huge amount of weight as a no can do, than we won't. If we break it down into little losses, than we will.
We can do anything through Christ which strength us.

Mompen, I am on atkins and have been since july 5th have not gained since. loss 20 lbs as of today i am only 6.50 away from goal. i have loss 1 1/2 since fridays weigh in. i am trying to reach kops this week. so went down on carbs. i want to reach it by sept. 18th tops rally days. i had to get off sugar as i was a border line debetic i found out. and trig's are high. so scary so figured better do it. i have alot of life to live. ha ha so i feel so good and have lots more energy. fruit causes me to gain so needed to get off it. so went on atkins so i could start doing better with protein. i was not much of a meat eater and never felt full. so its working for me. does not some i know. but seems to be doing it for me. i learn to watch the high carbs and that is what i needed to get away from. garden time now. so i am eating the corn on cob spraingly. have not added potatoes yet. have them in garden to. hubby said hey if he had know corn was so high would not have planted it. our first time. i said well give it to friends and i just bring in one or 2 ears to eat. that way its limited. so learning alot about the carbs and all. i needed this.. so this is my plan. drinking water and walking and exercising. this is life time for me. not a diet just live. Oh to cannot forget the most important thing. that is God. i gave it to him and pray alot. I do a bible study with my eating plan now to.. i have some good tapes i listen to from the Weigh Down program.. there sure good. so all in all just my time to do good. ha have a good day. also its all my tops friends and all that give me so much inthusium and encouragement.
